Our design team have overseen some of the largest distributions systems built in Ireland in the last 10 years which combined supply nearly 5000 individual customers and several of Irelands most widely known businesses. We sit down with all our clients to determine their needs and work out the best solution available before beginning any project. During this process cabling diagrams and schematics are produced to give the customer a complete overview of what the project entails and what costs will incur.

Planning any project large or small can be a daunting experience. With fast changing technology, numerous product choices and a host of specific requirements, the TV systems within hotels can be very complex. In Zintek Systems we have a very interested and engaging design and planning team with years of experience in all areas of technology.
You inform us what you want and we will show you all the possibilities that can be achieved with bespoke installations catering to your requirements. If we see that there is a product we know of that would meet your needs we will discuss with you and show you how it would not only add value to your design but increase functionality.
First off we sit down with all our customers before beginning any project and learn the goals of the project. From this we then gather the specifications and begin to produce a plan that includes cabling diagrams and product lists for the project. At every stage we consult with the customer to find out if our vision is to their requirements before proceeding.
The next stage is sourcing the products from the best manufacturers. We have close ties with manufacturers from all over the world including Spain, Germany, UK, Korea, China, USA, France, Denmark and Turkey to name just a few. With these close friendships it is possible to get the latest technology before it even hits the shelves allowing our customers to be months ahead of the curve. We are also able to get the best value as we negotiate with each manufacturer directly on behalf of our clients.
Once all the products have been sourced and received we start a methodical and planned installation of the system. A pre-survey will take place before install. This survey will involve checking of cabling, placement of cabinets and any changes to layout or specification that may have occurred. We do such surveys so that if an unforeseen situation occurs such as a cable is cut or damaged the problem can be rectified with minimum disruption.
After all the installation has been completed we then commission the entire system to make sure it not only achieves what was set out but more. During the commissioning stage we work closely with IT managers, General Managers and clients to finalize channel listings, design and layout. We are always flexible to the needs of our customers. Once the system has been shown to perform as specified we hand over control to the clients. We also offer a support system in terms of Service Level Agreements to meet the customer’s needs that are extremely flexible and allow for very short time periods in the fixing of any faults that may occur.
